Many years ago, Forever introduced a generous industry-leading incentive called Profit Sharing. This programme meant that every Distributor had access to the financial success of the company, and as such hundreds of millions of dollars have been shared amongst Distributors across the world. This programme alone has impacted and changed the lives of many for the better.
Forever has been looking to globalise the Profit Sharing incentive, knocking down any international barriers that currently exist under the original scheme. In 2012, every Distributor around the world will be able to participate in a global Profit Sharing pool! We're calling it Profit Sharing 2.0.
THE BENEFITS
- Any participating country that has sales in excess of 3,000 case credits will now be contributing to the global pool. Under the old scheme, the requirement was set at 5,000 case credits. So, instead of just your country contributing profits, the pool will now be worldwide, and more countries will be contributing to the global pot.
- Anyone who qualifies for Profit Sharing 2.0, regardless of reaching 1.5K case credits or not, will be invited to the Global Rally to pick up their cheque!
- With Profit Sharing 2.0, Distributors can count qualifying, downline Profit Sharing Managers from any Participating Country toward their share of the Profit Sharing pool and toward their level of qualification in the programme.
You can now use international Profit Sharing Managers to help increase not only your share of the profit sharing pool, but also the level at which you qualify!
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- You must be a Recognised Manager who's active every month during the incentive period.
- You must be Leadership Bonus qualified.
- You must have qualified for the Earned Incentive Programme
The Earned Incentive can now be achieved in any Participating Country.*
What to bear in mind - All Distributors have the option of achieving their core requirements in either their Qualifying Country or their Domestic Country, *apart from the Earned Incentive Programme which can be achieved in any Participating Country!
LEVELS
- Level 1: Achieve the core requirements and 700 personal and non-manager case credits, of which 150 must be "new" business. Please note, these new case credits can still be achieved anywhere in the world, but if they're generated outside of your Qualifying Country, they won't be counted toward your share of the Profit Sharing pool. Either achieve the 600 case credit Manager as in the old programme, or a downline Profit Sharing Manager in ANY Participating Country in the world.
- Level 2:Achieve the core requirements and 600 case credits, of which 100 must be "new" business. Develop 3 Profit Shaing Managers, each in separate downlines, in any Participating Country.
- Level 3:Achieve the core requirements and 500 personal and non-manager case credits, of which 100 must be "new" business, and now you can develop six Profit Sharing Managers around the world.
Profit Sharing 2.0 is the perfect vehicle for going global. With lower requirements for Participating Countries, and the ability to count any PSM around the world towards your share of the global pay-out, every Distributor has a truly global opportunity.
