Incentive Programs.
Managers program "UAE 2012"
It's already become a kind of a good tradition - to hold special incentive programs for our Ukrainian FLP Managers. The retreat includes various business trainings, team-building trainings and other motivational activities. In addition, during such trips our Managers team is rallying, great exchange of experience develops; opening of new Ukrainian regions is planning. Perhaps, this is one of the most favorite and important event for our Managers.
What's more could you ask for! You just start doing the program actively. And, apparently it's the time to go to the main point, to the conditions of the program.
Certainly, to qualify for the program you have to be a Manager or above and do one of the levels of our program. This year the program means to be only for the Managers who actively participate in the company work. It's an additional incentive for Managers, in addition to the paid bonuses, so in order to qualify you must:
1. Throughout qualification period from 1st of July to 30th 2012 you necessarily have to meet the condition of activity.
2. Attend the entire official Days of Success held by FLP Ukraine.
3. Perform any level of European and Ukrainian Rally program (even the minimal level of these programs).Manager should be an example for the Distributors, so there's no way Manager doesn't meet the requirements of the incentive programs announced by the Company.
4. Program has 5 levels and each level corresponds to a certain volume ( CC) of the Manager per year and accordingly to his contribution to the company business, the Company covers a certain amount for his trip.
1st Level
Manager performs at least 250 CC per year. In this case the trip would cost 800$ per person. Managers with a turnover less than 250 CC per year have no rights to participate in the program, even at own expense!
2nd Level
Manager generates at least 500 CC per year. In this case the trip would cost 500 $ per person.
3rd Level
Manager generates at least 750 CC per year. In this case the trip would cost 300 $ per person.
4th Level
Manager generates at least 1000 CC per year. In this case there are two options:
1. If you generate 1000 CC for the first time the trip will be fully borne by the Company, including flight.
2. If you generate 1000 CC repeatedly the trip would cost 250$ per person!
Additional requirements of the program:
Additional condition for Managers who have Managers in their first generation. If there's a Manager in your first generation who generates not less then 25 CC per month 5 CC will be added for each such Manager to your non managerial volume.
1. The annual turnover of Case Credits is considered from Ukraine only since it is Ukrainian Incentive Program.
2. The Case Credits quantity can vary from month to month.
3. Distributors who become Managers within the qualification period may participate in the program under the same conditions as other Managers. Case Credits generated on the entry to Manager's level (120 CC or more) are not counted in the Total! For the program Case Credits are considered only after meeting the Manager level.
4. Ukrainian distributors only can participate in the program.
5. Managers who meet the requirements of the 5th level (1000 CC) can travel on the Company expense only for the first time. The next year they'll need to generate 1500 CC.
6. During the entire qualifying period Manager must comply with the requirements of activity.

Code of behavior for Managers

Congratulations - you can be proud of your achievements!
You should know that the Company Forever Living Products attaches great importance not only to what you have achieved, but also how you achieved it. Therefore, the Company attracts many people by its honesty and transparency. It should be reflected not only in relations with the customers and consumers but also in trust between people within the Company - in our business ethics!
Below you can find created by Forever Living Products Company Code of Conduct for Managers:
- FLP Manager should meet the requirement of 4CC monthly and be active Manager.
- FLP Manager should sponsor new distributors as the first down line monthly.
- FLP Manager should train the entire structure of correct principles in network marketing as well as to train their people to run own business.
- FLP Manager should carefully study and know the Company Policy and to teach the same the same the team.
- FLP Manager should not interfere with the clients invited by the other distributors and prevent such actions by any person in their team. Besides a bad practice is the excessive purchase of goods and a distant sponsorship, when you can not support your new distributor.
- FLP Manager should encourage the team members to work according to the principle: Distributor-Sponsor- Top Manager.
- FLP Manager has to educate the team that all the matters relating to the their FLP business must be resolved in their home country, but not send to the office of FLP in Arizona or to the plant Aloe Vera of America.
- FLP Manager attends all official Days of Success, conducted by the company and announced a year in advance. FLP Manager also attends if possible the trainings, educational sessions, conducted by the company and inform about these events the team.
- FLP Manager should understand the office and the warehouse administrative work, which means accurate completion of the documents and training for this the entire structure.
- FLP Manager is responsible for notifying and verifying that all the literature and advertising used the team members was approved by the head office of the company in the country where these people work.
Personal rules of behavior
- FLP Manager must be honest and always tell the truth about all nuances of the business to maintain a high level of trust for the distributors to the Company, other managers and distributors and to network marketing as a whole.
- FLP Manager shows positive attitude to all distributors, to set an example of teamwork and cooperation with the other distributors.
- FLP Manager must be loyal to the Company, staff, Company Directors and other Managers all the time, avoiding criticism and gossips.
- FLP Manager should be aware that he is an example for his own team as well as for other parallel teams and therefore should act accordingly.
- FLP Manager should always be respectful in speech and communication with the Company staff, Company representatives, directors and all distributors.
- FLP Manager should always be ready to help his team and to support the Company's office and other distributors in the parallel teams.
- FLP Manager must understand that all the problems should be always solved upline or the office representatives and it will never be shared with the team.
- FLP Manager should always dress neatly at all business meetings (briefings and Success Days) Choice of clothing for the rest of the events can be advised by the organizers of these activities (depending on the event) but people should look neat and soign?.
- FLP Manager shall act fairly towards those who joined his/ her first generation helping them to define and calculate the volume of the purchases, that in no case there was no overstocking, that is, purchases beyond the means and opportunities of sale.
- FLP Manager must be aware of the importance and abide by the rules of fair dealing.
